• Bimbient: AI voice technology (voice cloning, synthesis, API platform).
• Bahuti: Social media automation platform.
• Nankam Invoicer: Business invoicing tool.
• Maikalsuta Technologies: Web development, mobile apps, custom software, AI integrations, digital marketing, and WhatsApp Business solutions.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Voice AI Terms (Bimbient)

When using Bimbient, you must have explicit consent from the individual whose voice is being cloned. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, impersonation, creating deepfakes, fraud, and misleading content. You retain ownership of the content you generate, but grant us necessary licenses to provide the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, website, software, and content (excluding user-generated content) belong exclusively to HORANADU CORPORATION (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

6. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are detailed on our pricing pages or in custom proposals. Payments are due as specified. For information regarding refunds, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to ensure high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

8. API Terms

Usage of our APIs is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. Excessive usage that degrades the service for others may result in throttling or suspension.

9. Third-Party Disclaimers

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google). We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these external services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall HORANADU CORPORATION be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HORANADU CORPORATION, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at our discretion if you violate these terms or for other lawful reasons.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HORANADU CORPORATION.
